CompuTrainer watts program with ERG video system.  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings @ 6:30pm.  

Strength and Stretch

Strength training with our TRX system after Saturday morning spin class.  

Special Group Training

Saturday and Sunday group sessions ...come with a gang and have the place for the afternoon. Ideal for out of town athletes (swim, spin, run and TRX with your group).
