Indoor training

Swim
- Monday and Wednesday masters swim at London downtown Y with triathlon focus
- Book one-on-one coached swim lessons in our Endless Pool
- Book the pool for your own workout on your own schedule
Run
- Thursday night run training with strength and stability focus for off season
- Sunday morning outside group run from London rowing club
Youth and Junior
- Junior triathlete (14 – 17 years) program on Monday and Wednesday evenings
- Youth triathlete (10 – 13 years) program on Sunday afternoons at the London downtown Y
Bike
- Instructor lead spin classes during the week and weekend, morning and evening
- Thursday evening “Watts Up” computrainer spin classes. Work on pedal stroke and power
- Book the computrainer deck for 1 to 8 riders and ride the course of your choice from over 400
Strength and Stretch
- Group strength training with our TRX system
- Stretch with our Yoga instructor after weekend spin classes
Special Group Training
- Sunday group sessions… come with a gang and have the place for the afternoon. Ideal for out of town athletes (swim, spin, run and TRX with your group).
