Transitions workout this evening. Bring all cycling and running gear including extra water bottles as it is another really hot day.
We will focus on the actual transition but will also include some significant cycling and running portions.
As the smog alert continues, anyone with breathing concerns should cut back outdoor activities generally and especially strenuous activities.
