Description
We will be doing an open water swim workout roughly every other week through July and August. Expect to swim at Port Stanley for some of these. Looking into another possible venue, maybe Innerkip up towards Woodstock, or perhaps another location.
Start time for the swim is 6:30pm and the entire workout will last roughly 1 hour.
