Description
This will be a fairly long training day for some of our long course athletes who will be completing half or full Ironman events in the next couple of months. Those of you competing at shorter distances are also welcome to join in. Starting at 7:00am we will be swimming, then cycling, then running. Duathletes may elect to run before the bike of course. Each discipline is being set up as a looped option, 1-3 loops of specific distances depending upon your individual goals. The swim portion will be based at the main beach in Port Stanley. The bike and run will be based from the main beach parking lot.
As MSZ staff is limited this weekend, this will not be a coached workout as per other workouts through the week. So, bring a training partner or two to get through the workout together. Also bring anything you require for nutrition / hydration, etc. If you are planning on being out there a while, bring a cooler. If you plan on being out there a really long time, bring a driver to get you home or perhaps a support team.
